The location was advantageous. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a good choice of options. I appreciated the staff showing genuine interest in my experiences.

My first room had windows blocked by a building (so no natural light entered). This room also lacked a shower. The music from the hallway was loud. I could hear it clearly in my room. I could also hear street noise at night.
